Delivery Policy of live courses: We reserve the right to cancel if enrollment does not meet at least 15 students per course; paid students will receive a tuition credit to one of our future courses. If a paid student is unable to attend a live course, a tuition credit will be issued and the student will receive by regular mail a listing of future courses. Tuition credit for a live course must be used within 60 days of paid tuition, or course fee forfeited beyond 60 days. No refunds. New course date must be filed with us 48 hours prior to new date chosen.

Delivery Policy for DVD kits: Health Information Network will mail out paid kit within 2 business days of receipt of payment; if we are out of stock for the DVD kit, we will contact the purchaser by telephone and provide an estimated time when we will have stock back in to ship out. Generally we have reserve stock on hand, but in the event of a back order, our media duplication company is able to replenish our supply within 3 business days.
